Device Info Checker

Display the browser and platform strings, logical processor count, approximate memory hint when available, touch points, screen and viewport details, device-pixel ratio, connection hints, language, online state, and support for key media and graphics APIs.

Browser and device information

A privacy-conscious snapshot of the platform and web capabilities this browser chooses to expose.

Reading browser-exposed information…

Feature availability is not proof of hardware capability, performance, permission, or format support. Browsers deliberately omit or round many device details to reduce fingerprinting; this component does not transmit the values it reads.

What this test tells you

This tool reports only interactions and browser APIs it can observe. It does not infer hidden hardware specifications or turn unsupported access into made-up results.

Before you run

Get a cleaner answer

  • Use the actual device, control, or output you want to check.
  • Allow camera or microphone access only when that test asks.
  • Browser privacy limits are shown as unsupported, not as failures.
  • Repeat the interaction if you want to confirm a fault.

Useful context

Common questions

Why is the device model missing?

Modern browsers reduce or freeze identifying information to limit fingerprinting, so exact model, CPU, RAM modules, serial numbers, and temperatures are normally unavailable.

Is any device information uploaded?

The displayed values are read by the page locally. A network test only runs if you separately open and start one of the network tools.

Troubleshooting

Fix common problems

Device Info is not responding

  1. 1Reload the page and keep this tab visible while testing.
  2. 2Check browser permissions and connect the device you want to test directly.
  3. 3Try the same check in another current browser to separate a browser issue from a device issue.
